HVCU Culture & Employee Engagement

The Culture & Employee Engagement Team is responsible for driving a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture that aligns with the credit union’s purpose, impact, and core values. This team oversees company culture, employee engagement, long term onboarding, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster an environment where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to contribute their best work. The Culture & Employee Engagement team will collaborate with executive leadership, HR, and other stakeholders to implement strategies that enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
